Sign in, check your class, and import your student roster.
Open Batch Upload and select “Upload to section.” Use Add Section if needed; the new section is saved to your teacher account.
Download the Excel or CSV template. Keep these columns in order: First Name, Last Name, Student ID, Email. Replace the example students with your roster.
Drag in a .xlsx or .csv file, or choose Browse File. Select Confirm Import, then check the student count, names, IDs, and destination section.
Select Confirm Import in the dialog to save the students. Wait for the success message, then open Student Records to check the selected section.
Manage lesson access, review quizzes, and download classroom markers.
Expand a term and choose Set date. A future date locks the topic until that day; choosing today unlocks it now. Save and wait for confirmation. Clear the date to cancel the schedule while keeping its current availability.
Term counts and Year Progress show unlocked topics. Scheduled topics count when their release date arrives. Check student reports for actual lesson completion.
Open Topic SchedulerUse a topic’s lock button, or Lock All / Unlock All for a term. A manual lock or unlock clears the scheduled date and updates the availability count. To release a locked topic later, set a new date after locking it.
Wait for the saved/connected status. These are shared lesson settings, so coordinate changes with other teachers.
Upload a PDF, DOCX, or PPTX up to 10 MB. Convert legacy PowerPoint files to PPTX or PDF first. Add a title, choose your section, and select 1–50 questions, difficulty, and multiple choice or true/false.
Select Generate quiz. Your learning content is sent to the AI service to create questions.
Open Quiz GeneratorAccept the suggestions you want or discard unsuitable ones. In the editor, correct the wording, answer choices, and correct answer. Add or remove questions as needed, keeping the quiz within 50 questions.
Review accuracy and suitability for your class before saving or making the quiz available.
Choose Save as draft to keep it locked, Available now to mark it available for the selected section, or Schedule for a future date and time. Scheduling uses your device’s local time.
Select Save quiz and check the confirmation in My quizzes. Use Edit to revise a saved quiz or Delete to remove it.
Download a topic ZIP or all markers, extract the images, and prepare them for the student AR app. The teacher portal provides the files; AR activities run in the student app.
Progress tracks download requests. Check that the ZIP actually downloaded. Export Report saves a CSV of marker download status, separate from student grades.
Open marker downloadsUse the student’s results QR code, then review the saved records.
Ask the student to display their Grade QR code from the student app. Open Scan QR (Offline Sync), choose Open Device Camera, allow camera access, and hold the full QR code inside the frame.
Alternatively, choose “Or upload a QR code screenshot / image” and select a clear image of the Grade QR code.
Open QR offline syncThe result dialog shows the student’s name and ID, pre/post-test averages, learning gain, and a lesson breakdown. Check the identity and wait for “All Terms & Lessons Synced!” before treating the transfer as saved.
Recent Scans lists recent QR activity. Reopen Student Records or Analytics to load the updated results.
If the dialog says “Displayed from QR (Offline Mode),” saving was not confirmed. Reconnect and scan or upload the Grade QR again, then check for the success message.
Close the result or choose Scan Another. The camera stops after a successful read; open it again or upload the next student’s QR image.
Search by student name and filter by section. Each record shows available AR time, module time, pre/post-test results, overall score, and last activity.
“N/A” or missing time means the relevant data is not available. A Grade QR transfers test results; it does not supply AR or module time.
Open Student RecordsReview overall pre/post-test averages and improvement. Search names or filter sections in the student table; use the term tabs for topic completion rates.
The table includes students with paired pre/post-test results. Its name and section filters apply to the table, while the overview remains a combined summary.
